Compare the internal anatomy and visceral organization of this channel catfish relative to the Rainbow Trout and Bluegill. In the catfish, the swim bladder is a more thick- walled organ. Note that the posterior kidney is somewhat saddle shaped over the poster portion of the swim bladder.
